CompTIA A+ Certification Exam: Core 1

Switching from retail to IT - the mobile device and PC hardware questions matched the depth 220-1201 actually tests. Good starting point for career changers.

I had already covered the hardware troubleshooting sections pretty thoroughly on my own. The questions on virtualization and cloud service models - areas Core 1 goes deeper on than people expect - were where this helped most. Not a replacement for reading, but a useful complement.

Core 1 covers more ground than most expect - hardware, networking, cloud models. Practicing across all those domains here helped me stop treating each section in isolation.

I had help desk experience but networking fundamentals on Core 1 still caught me off guard. The IP addressing and DHCP practice here filled gaps I didn't know I had.

DHCP finally clicked after drilling these questions. Nailed it.

Solid prep for Core 1 hardware domains. Worth every minute.
